The first meeting of the scientific committee was held on July 11 and 12, 2024. This meeting marked a major turning point in the collaboration between ANPMA and UM6P, bringing together a select group of researchers to discuss strategies for implementing research projects and defining key scientific objectives. The meeting featured detailed presentations by research teams, followed by intensive discussion sessions that addressed potential challenges and ways to overcome them.
Additionally, the scientific committee discussed research priorities and practical steps necessary to achieve common goals. Special emphasis was placed on the optimal utilization of available resources and enhancing collaboration between different departments to achieve tangible results that contribute to the development of the medicinal and aromatic plants sector in Morocco.
The meeting concluded with practical recommendations and detailed action plans for each of the six projects, reflecting the commitment of both institutions to achieving success and excellence in this vital field.
