As part of the continuous professional development of its teams, ANPMA organized a qualifying training session on cosmetology, led by Mr. Abdesselam Zhiri, Director of Scientific Research at Pranarôm International S.A., and Mrs. Maëlle Beauset, Head of R&D for Cosmetic, Biocide, and Chemical Products at the same company. This session was intended for the agency’s staff, researchers, technicians, pharmacists, producers, and PhD students.
May 14, 2025 – Faculty of Medicine, Pharmacy, and Dental Medicine (FMPMD), Fez
- Theoretical training: A review of the scientific foundations of cosmetic formulation, an overview of regulations and quality standards, and a presentation of the main natural raw materials used in skincare products.
May 15, 2025 – Headquarters of the National Agency of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (ANPMA), Taounate
- Practical training: A step-by-step illustration of the usual stages in the development of a cosmetic product (selection of ingredients, formulation, basic stability and safety control), along with a demonstration of common analytical tools used.
These two days offer a balance between conceptual input and practical demonstrations, further enhancing the skills of our teams in the field of cosmetology.
