Review of Our Scientific Council Meeting on May 13, 2025, at the Meeting Room of the Palais Medina Hotel in Fez, chaired by the Director of ANPMA, Prof. Dalila Bousta.

We were honored to have among our council members Mr. El Hadrami El Mestafa, Vice-President for Scientific Research and Cooperation at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University of Fez, Mr. Abourriche Abdelmjid, Vice-President for Scientific Research, Cooperation, and Partnerships at Moulay Ismail University of Meknes, Mrs. Elgadari Hind, Representative of the Directorate of Scientific Research and Innovation (DRSI) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation (MESRSI), and Mrs. Karmouna Sanae, Representative of the National Center for Scientific and Technical Research (CNRST). We were also honored by the online presence of Mr. Ismail KASSOU, Vice-President for Research and Cooperation at Mohammed V University of Rabat.

Prof. Dalila Bousta, Director of ANPMA, presented the agency, its shared technical platforms, and its action plan, detailing its missions, expertise, strategic axes, and research & development results. The session included deliberative debates and discussions during which all members of the council had the opportunity to express their views.

We presented the progress of applied research projects, carried out in partnership with 12 universities. In addition, the research and development agreements with our socio-economic partners were discussed, reaffirming our commitment to developing mutually beneficial collaborations.

The session was marked by debates and discussions, with all council members having the opportunity to intervene.
